Benton PUD offers rebates to builders of homes which meet ENERGY STAR®/Built Green® standards. Qualified homes are independently verified to be at least 30% more energy efficient than homes built to the 1993 national Model Energy Code or 15% more efficient than the state energy code, whichever standard is higher. If the constructed home meets the program requirements, the builder is eligible to receive a rebate of $1,000. Contact Benton PUD or visit the program website for additional information.
