Clark Public Utilities offers several energy incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of their homes. Rebates are offered for heat pumps (including ductless heat pumps), heat pump water heaters, insulation, replacement windows, duct sealing, and smart thermostats.
The weatherization measures must be added to electrically heated homes by an approved contractor. See the program website for details on incentive levels and requirements. The utility will inspect the installation after work is complete before a rebate is issued.
Visit the program website for more details.
