Springfield Utility Board (SUB) offers a rebate program targeting heat pumps, weatherization measures and various household appliances. Appliances must meet all efficiency and program requirements in order to receive incentives. View the program web site for forms and instructions for these pieces of equipment.
Customers interested in participating in the heat pump or weatherization program should obtain bids from contractors listed on the program web site. They must then submit the bids along with the application form to the utility before purchase or installation can begin.
