Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) provides design assistance and rebate incentives for new construction and major renovation projects. The program provides streamlined rebates for pre-approved HVAC equipment, and efficient lighting systems, as well as customized incentives for electric energy saving designs and equipment options not covered by the prescriptive rebates.
