Eversource offers rebates for new public schools, as well as those undergoing major renovations and replacing failed equipment. Prescriptive and custom rebates are available for energy efficient lighting, motors, HVAC equipment, chillers, compressed air, and variable frequency drives. Technical assistance is also available through this program to help schools identify and install energy efficient equipment and measures. Pre-approval is required prior to the purchase and installation of equipment in order to receive a rebate.
