Summary

 Clark Energy offers heating and cooling equipment rebates to residential customers.

The Button Up Program offers rebates for weatherization measures such as window and door replacement and added insulation. To qualify for this program, homes must be electrically heated and at least two years old. 

Clark Energy also offers whole home rebates as part of the Touchstone Energy Home program. Homes must meet certain efficiency standards and pass a blower door certification before they may become eligible for the rebate.
