Central Alabama Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Electric Cooperative, offers the Touchstone Energy Home Program. Touchstone Energy Homes, either standard or manufactured, with an air-to-air, dual fuel, mini-split or geothermal heat pump qualify for rebates up to $600. Additionally, water heaters are eligible for rebates if certain efficiency requirements are met. Rebates range from $100 to $600, depending on tonnage and system type. Contact CAEC for further information on this program.
