The plant will supply six million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of solar energy per year. The project is a turnkey facility. From the project planning, the installation of the transmission lines up to the commissioning and the establishment of a remote monitoring system, all responsibilities were with IBC. It also carries out the technical operation and maintenance (O & M). In addition, a second O & M specialist has signed a ten-year contract to maintain and maintain the plant.
The project has already been handed over to the investor Akım Elektronik. Niğde is the third large-scale PV project that IBC Solar Turkey has implemented since the beginning of this year. The facilities in Gaziantep (5.9 MWp) and Eskişehir (1.1 MWp) have already been put into operation, two further plants in Izmir (4.2 MWp) and Adana (4.8 MWp) will follow shortly.
